The company described the sales of the new Sega game Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami (Shinji Mikami) as "weak." It is reported by Eurogamer, with reference to the quarterly report of the company. Since the advent of the market on Oct. 19, 2010 the game sold in the amount of 820,000 copies. The most popular Sega game during the fourth quarter of 2010 was the Sonic Color, a new project with the blue hedgehog. Sales of Sonic Colors totaled 1.85 million copies. Total for this period, the company sold 13 million copies of their games. The share of Europe accounts for just less than six million copies in the U.S. share – 5.8 million. In Japan and several unnamed countries had sold 1.9 million copies. Vanquish is a third-person shooter. The game is told to attack Russian troops in the U.S.. The main hero Vanquish, Gideon Sam, is fighting with enemy forces in the universal superkostyume. Profile press appreciated the game. Vanquish involved in the creation of studio PlatinumGames, known for games such as Madworld and Bayonetta. After completion of Shinji Mikami left PlatinumGames, to establish his own studio, Tango Gameworks. In late October 2010 it was acquired by holding company ZeniMax, owning companies Bethesda Softworks (creators of the series of RPG The Elder Scrolls) and id Software (creators of the shooters Doom and Quake).
