Azerbaijan has decided not to shoot down civilian aircraft genocide

Azerbaijani authorities have promised not to shoot down civilian aircraft Armenian. "Azerbaijan will never applied and will not use force against civilian targets," – said the agency Trend Foreign Ministry spokesman Elkhan Polukhov.
