Georgy Muradov was born in the republic of Komi, childhood and adolescent years he spent in the Kuban. Muradov was in Krasnodar Secondary Special School 36, was a student at the evening department, Faculty of Romance-Germanic Philology, Kuban State University, then graduated from the Moscow State Institute. Since 1979, he was a diplomat, he held various positions at headquarters and foreign offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and Russia. In 1992, Muradov was appointed Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Russia in Bulgaria in 1996 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to the Republic of Cyprus. With 200, he was a leader, and in 2010 became the first deputy head of the Department of Foreign Trade and International Relations in Moscow.
