From now on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange – the world's largest in size of operations with raw materials – in euros will be contracts for the supply of six grades of oil, including Brent blend (produced in the North Sea), as well as processed products. To carry out transactions on his customers no longer need to convert euros into dollars, as it was before, since the single European currency gained the status of settlement in one sector of the Chicago Stock Exchange.
