Azerbaijan has increased its gold production by 4,7%

As stated in the State Committee on Statistics, in January and February production totaled 606 kilograms of gold and 535 kilograms of silver. Including 169 kg of gold and 78 kg of silver were produced in April. While stocks of gold amounted to 103 kg (29 kg in April) and 50 kg of silver (-35 kg), transmits Vesti.Az citing Fineko / abc.az. In 2010 production amounted to 1,900 kilograms of gold and 1500 kilograms of silver, including in August marked a record gold production (273 kg). From July 2009 until 1 January 2010 the country produced 333 kg of gold, and, subject to production in 2010 and 2011, total production reached 2,839 kg. The total production of silver is not less than 2,035 kg.
