"Kaa-Khem district court found Domur-ool guilty of the crimes stipulated in paragraph 3 of Article 159 and paragraph 1 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code, and identified him to a penalty of 115,000 rubles fine" – said the prosecutor's office.
