More than a thousand participants gathered action against drug trafficking in Brazil

The Supreme Court of Brazil on Wednesday allowed the country conducting the "marches of marijuana" – marches in support of legalization of marijuana and other soft drugs. This decision caused a great resonance in society. Many large Brazilian cities, where authorities had banned such acts, considering them as propaganda, use of illicit drugs, on Saturday were "march for freedom" in which the participants need to legalize marijuana. On the other hand, conservative and religious circles mobilize their supporters in the movement against drugs. According to organizers, more than 1.4 thousand people gathered in the center of Curitiba, to express their negative attitude towards drug use. Participants of the rally carried banners reading "Drugs paralyze your life." One of the protesters wore a costume of Darth Vader, a character fantasy saga "Star Wars." He carried a banner with the words "Drugs are destroying force that is in you."
