Parliamentary elections will be held in Tunis on October 23 rather than July 24

The cabinet minister explained that they took this decision because the authorities until July will not be able to ensure that elections are fully in keeping with democratic standards. Added that this will be the first elections since the ouster of the country's President Ben Ali.
