Primorye budget will grow at the expense of the facades in Vladivostok

The expenditure budget of Primorsky Territory is expected to grow to 88.162 billion rubles, mainly due to increase in the deficit – up to 12.6 billion rubles. Budget revenues will increase by only 9.5 million rubles – through grants from the federal budget revenues, and should reach 75.545 billion rubles.
