Storm warning announced in the Almaty region because of heavy rains

"Today and in coming days because of expected heavy rain on the mountain rivers of Almaty region is expected the formation of rain-induced floods," – says the storm warning "KazHydroMet" RSE. In addition, it is reported that "due to waterlogging of the mountain slopes and expect strong rains in the low and mid zones of the Almaty region may be the local mud emissions."
