At the time of the trading session, the Dow Jones, a key indicator of business activity in the U.S., fell 62.29 points, or 0.49 per cent and amounted to 12657.20 points. Index Standard & Poor's-500 fell 9.42 points to 0.70 percent on or prior to 1343.80 points. Index of electronic stock exchange NASDAQ, which shows growth over the previous eight trading days, was down 12.85 points, or 0.45 percent to 2859.81 points. However, in general, all three indexes finished the trading week in positive territory. This may indicate that investors are still hoping for growth in economic activity in the United States. Caution the stock markets next week will be focused on reporting earnings of several large companies, including Alcoa, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Google, ITAR-TASS reported. Oil on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell last Friday. At the close of business futures contracts for the supply of black gold in August, concluded at a price of 96.20 dollars per barrel.
