Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from April 1, 2011 "On celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the city of Murmansk," Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving the organizing committee for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Murmansk.
