He explained that the issue of termination of this agreement today is a sensitive issue because the gap in the law allows companies to control virtually ignore the decision of property owners to transfer the house to the management of other organizations. However, from 2012 to terminate the contract will be easier. Baidakov also added that the authorities intend to adopt the disclosure of information management companies and its standards. According to him, adherence to these standards will be a condition of obtaining management companies budgetary subsidies. "The cost of maintenance per square meter, how much and what exactly made for each type of work – all this information should be accessible and understandable for homeowners," – he stressed. Earlier Baidakov said that management companies will take people CAO regularly at a set time for the entire county. He also noted that the contract with the inhabitants of the management company and an annual progress report will now be drawn on a single form approved by the prefecture. In addition, the organization managing the apartment buildings will be responsible for informing residents about its activities.
