Head of the Department of Environment Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district appointed Olga Chernysheva. Graduated from the Moscow Humanitarian-Economical Institute, the municipal government is working since 2001 in the department of environmental protection – since 2006. The head of the department of organizational and staffing of the Council of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district assigned Elsa Vafina. In 2006 she graduated from the Kazan Law Institute of the Russian Interior Ministry. From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a specialist in Nizhnekamsk department of the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the last 3 years – the team heads Nizhnekamsk municipal district.
