In the Murmansk region is organized social patronage

This form of work is designed to provide the necessary social, psychological, counseling and family assistance in the elimination of difficult situations, as well as for social adaptation of children living in the biological family. In 2010, the social patronage granted to 286 families in foster care in which there were 395 children, 6 months in 2011 granted to 201 families in which children are brought up 319. Social Patronage used in seven municipalities in the Murmansk region.
