By decision of the head of the municipal district administration Khasansky temporarily banned swimming at the beaches in the area of the peninsula Gamow and other territories in the south region. The prohibition will continue until ascertain the circumstances and shall apply to settlements: settlement of Slav, Andreyevka Ryazanovka, Bezverhovo, Posiet, Zarubino and spit area Nazimova. This is due to an incident August 17, 2011 in the Bay Telyakovsky. Currently, inspectors are state inspection for small boat patrol the water area.
