Last weekend in Omsk were regular social fair "products Omsk – Omsk!", Organized by the Government of the Omsk region. During the two day fair on social fairs Omsk was sold about 81 tons of products, including 37 tons of meat, about 12 tons of dairy products, 98 thousand eggs. At fairs and sold 3.4 tons of confectionery products, 1.5 tons of flour, cereals and more than 5 tonnes of bread and 7 tons of different vegetables, herbs, fruit, 8.5 tons of potatoes and 0.8 tons of fish products. Proceeds from the sale of food products was 8.2 million. On the grounds of social fairs cost of one liter of milk fat content of 2.5 to 4.0% is kept at 20-26 rubles a loaf of bread – 12,5-18 rubles, pounds of flour – 12 13rubley. The average price of kilo of beef and pork was 100-250 rubles, pounds of poultry – 60-115 rubles dozen eggs hen – 18-32 rubles, pounds of honey – 250-350 rubles. Significantly reduce the prices of potatoes, the price of 1 kg ranged from 8 to 18 rubles. Since the beginning of 2011 carried out 819 social fairs, sold more than 2418 tons of products worth over 257 million rubles. The next fair will be held August 26 and 27 to 15 urban areas.
