Putin instructed to prepare measures for the development of vocational education in the North Caucasus Federal District

"I аск the ministries and departments with regional leaders, Development Corporation of North Caucasus, as well as large domestic firms in the shortest time to prepare a set of measures for the development of primary and secondary vocational education", – Putin said Wednesday at a meeting of the governmental commission on economic and social development SKFO. At the same time he drew attention to the district heads of subjects of the fact that these issues are in their area of responsibility and related educational programs must address the needs of regional economies. Putin recalled that in the next two years in the federal states will be sent to 102 billion rubles for the modernization of regional systems of general education. In 2011, these goals have already been allocated 20 billion rubles, of which over 2.6 billion – SKFO regions.
