The Commission has completed verification of Russian aviation airline "Ruseyr." In July it was reported that in connection with the discovered shortcomings of the agency suspended the air operator certificate "Ruseyr" for a period of three months. The certificate could be restored if the airline within three months, would eliminate the violations. Recall the Tu-134 flew from Moscow to Petrozavodsk, June 20th late in the evening and made a hard landing on the roadway before it reached the Karelian airfield about a kilometer. The victims of the crash were 44 people, three more died later from his injuries. Criminal case under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code (violation of safety rules and operating rail, air or water transport). According to preliminary data, the crash occurred due to pilot error and bad weather, said earlier Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov.
