Far Eastern Bureau of Investigation in the transport IC Russia have completed the investigation of criminal case against 48-year-old sailor, who is accused of murdering his friend (Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code), reported RIA "Date's" Far in the investigation department of the transport IC Russia. As established by the investigation, in March 2011, transport refrigerator "Communards Nikolaev" belonging to Company "Dalrifer" was returning from an expedition to the Sea of Okhotsk port of Vladivostok. In the route between the two men, written off with another vessel for serious violations of discipline, and placed on the refrigerator to return to port, and the drinking of alcohol a quarrel. During the altercation one of the sailors struck six times with a knife on the body of their comrade. Hit in the neck was fatal. During the investigation, an attacker guilty and not guilty.
