Yesterday, August 25, the Stavropol region held its first hearing on a resident Kochubeevsky district slaughter ax 11-month-old baby, according to RIA Novosti. The investigation established that on the night of August 25, 2010 31-year-old woman repeatedly hit her infant son with a knife and an ax because of the fact that he let her sleep. From his injuries the boy had died. In addition, it was found that in 1999 she was convicted under "theft", "intentional infliction of harm," "murder" and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment but in 2008 was released on parole. The crime was committed during its period of unserved. As explained by the court spokesman Violetta Bondarev, only the defendant had three children, in respect of the eldest daughter she is deprived of parental rights, a girl raised in a family of her first husband. In 2009, the defendant gave birth to twins – a boy and a girl. According to the guardianship authority, an employee of the Department of Education Kochubeyskogo municipal district Alexander Pogudin, after what happened in 2010, the 11-month-old daughter first defendant was sent to the central Kochubeevsky district hospital, then it was placed in Mashuksky orphanage, where she is now. Besides, she added that after the completion of the process will require depriving the defendant of parental rights in respect of a small daughter.
