Stavropol resident judge for the murder of 11-month-old son

In addition, it was found that in 1999 she was convicted under "theft", "intentional infliction of harm," "murder" and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment but in 2008 was released on parole. The crime was committed during its period of unserved. As explained by the court spokesman Violetta Bondarev, only the defendant had three children, in respect of the eldest daughter she is deprived of parental rights, a girl raised in a family of her first husband. In 2009, the defendant gave birth to twins – a boy and a girl. According to the guardianship authority, an employee of the Department of Education Kochubeyskogo municipal district Alexander Pogudin, after what happened in 2010, the 11-month-old daughter first defendant was sent to the central Kochubeevsky district hospital, then it was placed in Mashuksky orphanage, where she is now. Besides, she added that after the completion of the process will require depriving the defendant of parental rights in respect of a small daughter.
