The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has accused the Bosnian war crimes Matsicha

"Miralem Matsich, who is under arrest since 19 May this year, is suspected of inhumane treatment of civilians of Serb nationality, contrary to the Geneva Convention of 1949 on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War" – said in a statement the prosecutor's office. Matsich, who was a reservist during the Bosnian conflict BiH Ministry of Interior, is suspected of murder in 1992 in the municipality of Konjic three Serbs, one of whom was blind old man, as well as the deliberate infliction of severe physical and mental suffering to many other civilians of Serbian nationality. The exact number of victims of the conflict has not been formally established. According to independent experts in BiH killed about 100 thousand people, mainly – the Bosnian Muslims. After the end of the conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina defendants in war crimes cases were hundreds of people, mostly Bosnian Serbs.
