U.S. prepares to evacuate the base Navy ships because of the hurricane "Irene"

The second category is assigned a hurricane when wind speed increases to 150 kilometers per hour. The third category receives a hurricane with winds of 178 kilometers per hour, the fourth – 210. The fifth category is assigned when the winds of 250 kilometers per hour.
