The Italian Government has recommended to the inhabitants of the northern regions of the country not to leave the house on Friday evening, September 23, due to the fact that it's time to fall to the ground satellite UARS. It is reported by Agence France-Presse. Residents are also advised to be on the lower floors of buildings, possibly near the load-bearing walls.
