LEBANON – A Warren Correctional employee has been indicted on a sexual battery charge. Keli Jones is accused of having sexual contact with an inmate at the facility in late July. Ohio 's sexual battery statute specifically states that the charge applies if "the other person is confined in a detention facility, and the offender is an employee of that detention facility." Jones was arrested on Aug. 4 and released on bond. Jones faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
