Peshawar, 27 September 2011, Government has banned the learning of Pashto, Urdu language for foreigner at Peshawar and informed the provincial government that with out NOC, foreigner will not admitted in language academies. Federal Government has issued order through interior ministry to provincial Home department "that foreigner not eligible for learning of Regional languages in KP province with out NOC". Through notification the government also warned that if any language center gives admission to Foreigners for learning with out NOC, the will face punishment and their language centers will be banned. Provincial Home department also notified through letter that they collect the information about Foreigners, how many learning languages in different cities of KP. There are more then 15 centers in Peshawar at university road, Tehkal Payan, GT road, who's working as Language centers, people from different countries get admission there and learn language. Its also remind that some professors of Peshawar university has also work as teacher with different foreign INGOs. Foreigners of different countries interested to learn Pashto, Urdu.
