The Moscow City Court today will consider the appeal of Major-General of Internal Affairs Eugene Novikov.

According to lawyers general, the wines of Novikov is not proven. According to investigators, in early February last year, Eugene Novikov, being drunk, drove the car to the entrance of a Moscow firm, entered the room and opened the shootout. A year ago the Russian president dismissed him from the police.
