A federal appeals court on Tuesday sided with Wheaton College and Belmont Abbey College in a decision on ongoing lawsuits against the Obama administration’s birth control mandate. The judge said that it would take the Obama administration’s promise not to implement the mandate of the current birth control and create a new rule in the month of August, as part of the court’s decision.
