Ireland will be the first EU country to ban cigarette packs branded with uniform plain packaging and labeling, the government said Tuesday. All trademarks, logos, colors and graphics will be removed from tobacco products sold in Ireland under the new rules, said the Ministry of Health, after the proposal to support guaranteed by the government.
