Into BEIJING – The operator of the tsunami-damaged nuclear power plant in Fukushima, Japan, said Tuesday that 300 tons of highly radioactive water had escaped from one of the storage tanks, the worst in a series of leaks similar since 2011 the earthquake and tsunami disaster.
