At 18:00 (MSK), 30 bodies were found at the scene of a fire in the psycho-neurological boarding “Oksochi” in the Novgorod region, said Emergency Management National Center Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The fate of the 7 patients remains unknown. Total in the building during the fire were 60 people.
