The group of UN inspectors and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons opened in Syria, “logistics base for the immediate start of work” for the destruction of chemical agents. OPCW experts arrived in Damascus on Tuesday. The group consisted of 19 inspectors and 14 UN staff.
