President Shimon Peres on Monday praised the comments of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas on the issue of “Palestinian refugees,” reported AFP. Peres, who said that Abbas’s comments showed his “seriousness about achieving peace,” he was referring to what he said Abbas during a meeting on Sunday with more than 300 Israeli university students in his headquarters in Ramallah .
