«Gazprom» has officially recognized that because the contract has not been concluded with China, displaced pipeline gas supplies to the country back to at least 2020. Instead, it is planning a monopoly on the production of liquefied gas in Vladivostok focus. Analysts took the news with relief as the huge investments in the development of East Siberia worsen the investment attractiveness of “Gazprom”, while the prospect of China’s gas market after 2020 are still in question
