Russian direct investment Fund (RDIF) and Italy’s Enel plans to create in Moscow the car part of the electric vehicles. The agreement they plan to sign on October 16, meeting of the advisory council on foreign investments in the presence of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, said: “Vedomosti” a person close to one of the parties to the transaction, and confirmed the representative of the FUND.
