The prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has instructed the Ministry of Finance to send to the candidacy of the former head of the Federal customs service (FCS) Andrei Belyaninov, for the appointment as Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian development Bank (EDB).
