Judicial Watch sues California over try and dictate gender make-up of company boards

Authorized watchdog group Judicial Watch has filed go well with towards California on behalf of three taxpayers over the state’s effort to dictate the gender make-up of company boards, arguing that lawmakers don’t have any authority to make such determinations for a non-public enterprise.
