The storm reportedly pressured a change of plans, stopping him from exiting the airplane, which as a substitute took off for close by Fayetteville, the place he’s campaigning for Republican candidate Dan Bishop within the ninth District.
The photograph electrified social media, which lit up with “God missed” jokes and references to the president’s claims in regards to the path of Hurricane Dorian.
