A brand new report has accused the FBI of disproportionately focusing on left-wing activists, although right-wing extremism poses a far higher risk to nationwide safety. Par for the course, based on Lee Camp.
Defending Rights & Dissent, a civil liberties group, cataloged recognized situations of First Modification abuses and political surveillance by the FBI since 2010. The group discovered that the feds devoted disproportionate assets to spy on peaceable left-leaning civil society teams, together with Occupy Wall Avenue, Abolish ICE, and numerous anti-war actions.
The bureau appeared much less inquisitive about right-wingers, although the far-right has been answerable for numerous acts of violence and terrorism within the nation. None of this could shock us, the host of Redacted Tonight mentioned.
The FBI just isn’t within the job of defending you. They’re within the job of defending the ruling class system. So that they don’t concentrate on issues that basically hurt us. They don’t care about us. They care about sustaining the present energy construction.
