The analysts were expecting a moderately negative opening of the Russian stock market on Thursday amid falling U.S. and European indexes. RTS index has half an hour before trading opened Thursday and a slight increase. At 10:30 GMT it stood already at 1.99% – to 1568.39 points. See the exchange rates
