In a brief order on Friday, US Supreme Court docket Justice Samuel Alito dominated that “all county boards of election” should abide by the steerage from October 28 and November 1 that requires all ballots obtained by mail after 8pm on the election day to “be segregated” and saved “in a safe, secure and sealed container separate from different voted ballots.”
