Russia’s huge offshore Arctic oil & fuel discovery might dwarf Gulf of Mexico & Center East’s power reserves

Russian power big Rosneft has introduced the invention of a “distinctive” fuel deposit within the Kara Sea containing an estimated 514 billion cubic meters of pure fuel.
