Switzerland is introducing monetary sanctions on three Russian banks and journey restrictions on 361 State Duma deputies, the president of the Swiss Confederation Ignazio Cassis introduced at a press convention on Thursday.
He did not give particulars on the focused banks however mentioned Bern can be toughening the obligatory measures it had launched towards Russia in 2014, as a result of Ukraine disaster.
