Three homeless men were arrested and two teenage girls were taken to the hospital with signs of alcohol consumption Tuesday afternoon after police responded to an incident in Lee Park, which has been home to the Occupy Charlottesville movement for more than two weeks. Three adult males were charged with offenses ranging from contributing to the delinquency of a minor, drunk in public, trespassing and possession of marijuana, according to the Charlottesville Police Department.
