The Russian government will consider the law "On the Calculation of Time

The draft law defines the procedure for calculating calendar dates and times of the day calendar, the order of the dissemination of information about the exact value of time and calendar date, the concept of "time zone". "The state standards for units of time and means to convey information about the exact meaning of Moscow time, providing the public service time, frequency and determination of Earth rotation parameters are the property of the Russian Federation, shall be withdrawn from circulation and not subject to alienation," – says the material posted on the official government website. The document stipulates that the Cabinet will also work on providing the country with reliable information about the importance of time in the period of mobilization, martial law in wartime. In addition, on Thursday at its meeting of presidium of the government plans to change the position of the Ministry of Agriculture. They are intended to prevent duplication of authority of Ministry of Agriculture and Economic Development in the field of normative legal regulation of bidding for the sale of land from agricultural lands and the right to lease such land. These powers will be excluded from the provisions of the Agriculture Ministry. The agenda of meeting of the presidium also includes consideration of amending the provision of the Federal Service for Transport Supervision, which becomes an authorized federal executive authority, issuing special permits for movement by road transport of dangerous goods.
