Accused of murder arrested Budanov

According to investigators, a native of Chechnya, Magomed Suleimanov, born 1970, April 2, entered into a criminal conspiracy with persons unknown, aimed at killing Budanov. Partners have developed a plan under which they were carrying out covert surveillance for the colonel, to set the mode of his day and determine the most suitable place, time and manner of crimes, according to investigators. According to him, for the preparation of the murder and Suleymanov Partners purchased a car with broken bodies and fake numbers numbers of state registration. The defendant got out and fired at least eight shots at the colonel. The former colonel was sentenced to 10 years in prison and in 2003 served a sentence in the colony of the Ulyanovsk region.
