Most of the prisoners were released from the Lubyanka ATS

Most of the prisoners were released on Lubyanka Square in Moscow during the uncoordinated actions. They are made in accordance with Article 19.3 or 20.2 of the Administrative Code. According to police, the police seized 40 people from different disciplines portal “ATS Info” reported on 69 inmates. Opposition leader protocols were created.
