Today at 11:00 local time on a working visit in the governmental delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan at the XXVI Summer Universiade, which takes place in the city of Shenzhen, the interior minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov met with a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, Head of the Department of Public Safety Shenzhen Li Ming and his deputies, press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan. During the meeting Asgat Safarov discussed the organization of law enforcement officers Shenzhen Public Security during the Universiade, and visited the command center of the city (similar to our duty unit) and was introduced to his job. The minister said that the principles of the law enforcement authorities of both countries are identical. It should be noted that the level of organization and technical equipment in China are high. Chinese colleagues have done a lot of preventive work in anticipation of the Universiade, as a result – the 70 percent reduction in the number of reports of violations of law and order in Shenzhen.
