As tensions in Idlib province attain the boiling level, Turkey has requested Russia to let it combat the Syrian authorities face-to-face, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan revealed.

Erdogan requested Putin “to get out of the way in which” and let the Turkish troops cope with Syrian President Bashar Assad, the Turkish chief informed his AK Celebration on Saturday.
