Export Gazprom in the foreign countries in the past year decreased by 2.1 billion cubic meters to 138.6 billion. This was stated by deputy chairman Valery Golubev monopoly, Interfax reports. Deliveries to the CIS and Baltic countries amounted to 68.8 billion cubic meters. At the same time, the gas monopoly to increase in 2010 gas supply to Russian consumers at 8.5 billion cubic feet (3 percent) compared with the previous year. Earlier, Gazprom representatives claimed that the volume of exports to non-CIS countries in 2010 remained at the same level. Recall, in April 2010, Gazprom decided to move to the formation of gas prices within Russia on the basis of a formula. They suggest the establishment of tariffs on the principle of equal profitability of gas supplies to foreign and domestic markets. Market-based pricing principles have been introduced since January 2011, although it is gas to Russian consumers. As a result of higher prices, Gazprom has managed to increase its profits in the domestic market in 2010, according to preliminary data, up to 60-70 percent to 110-120 billion rubles.
